More lizards photos – this time at Chichen Itza!

So many lizards, so little space to share photos of these creatures! I hope you get as much fun out of these pictures as I had, searching around the ruins for reptiles to photograph. We encountered many lizards near the sacred cenote at Chichen Itza. They sit on the rocks to absorb the sun’s rays.

In the picture below, the lizard is the dark blob on top of a lighter rock to the right:
